Mr. Laird has equipped you with a CD of dance tunes (in strict tempo) to learn by; dance shoe templates to place on the floor in the privacy of your home and excellent instructions that are very easy to follow along with photographs of the dance moves of both partners. All you need are your dance shoes! All-in-all, a very well researched and written manual, definitely recommended for your dance bookshelf!
